Jeff Schaeffer
Jeff has grown up loving sports and exercise which led him to his studies at Becker College in exercise science pre-physical therapy where he graduated in 2019. Jeff attained his CPT in 2017 through the National Council on Strength and Fitness.
Jeff, was a former NCAA Division 3 Ice Hockey and Lacrosse player at Becker College. He has been exposed to high end athletic training with a variety of methods through his youth, junior hockey and college careers.
Personal:
Jeff grew up in Pennsylvania around the Philadelphia area where he went to high school and then played junior hockey for three years with the Philadelphia Revolution & Jr. Flyers hockey clubs. While attending Becker, he lived in Worcester, MA for four years. Post graduation Jeff has moved to Vermont and is happy to call it home.
