Our individualized programs are designed to address your specific needs and maximize your results. We design and prescribe programs for all ages, abilities, fitness levels, activity interests, and injury history.
Each client starts with a 1-on-1 strategy session and evaluation. Our thorough evaluation process investigates flexibility, mobility, biomechanics, movement skills, strength, power, speed, agility, endurance, nutrition, and hydration. Through the use of video capture we illuminate the areas that need attention while also reinforcing awareness around the areas of strength that are already well established. Next we show and discuss with you what we are seeing from your assessments, why we are prescribing a specific plan and how we will implement. By addressing your specific needs you will become more capable and resilient thus making it most realistic to achieve your goals.

Each session with your trainer you’ll report your progress and talk about next steps.
Many of our individual clients want the detailed attention of individual training but also enjoy training in a group setting so they’ll opt to participate in the group training as well. This affords them camaraderie, a competitive environment, additional accountability and motivation from their peers.

You kiddingly made the comment about how I’m going to be using the full extent of Vasta’s services. And I wanted to tell you, all kidding aside, how grateful I am that Peter paved the way to Vasta for us Bernhardts to get in the groove with you guys and that I’ve been able to follow in his footsteps.
Ok, so maybe grateful isn’t exactly the right word. But, if my injury had to happen, one thing I’ve been able to take off my worry plate is knowing where I’m going to go for PT and who will help me come back when I’m ready for the next step after that . . . my neighborhood Vasta! Makes such a difference to know and trust you guys and that you know and understand me and my goals. Kind of a major deal when looking ahead and a big source of comfort.
