Colin Wales, CFSC, CSAC, FMS Level 2, Biforce Conditioning Coach, C-PS

With a career spanning since 2009, Colin actively engages in the transformative journey of individuals from diverse backgrounds. He has had the privilege of working extensively with middle and high school athletes, as well as select players on the VT Mountaineers baseball team from 2011-2016 during their summer ball seasons. While Colin thoroughly enjoys the dynamic realm of sports performance training, he has discovered a particular passion for working with the adult population. Whether guiding individuals through post-rehabilitation following a chronic or acute injury, preparing weekend warriors for pickup basketball or ski adventures, or coaching individuals on understanding their bodies for optimal performance, Colin thrives in fostering holistic well-being.

A continuous learner, Colin annually invests extra time in attending cutting-edge continued education seminars, as well as ensuring he remains at the forefront of the latest research. This dedication allows him to integrate newfound knowledge with his years of experience, offering his clients optimal outcomes. Setting himself apart, Colin goes above and beyond by attending physical therapy, doctor, and chiropractic appointments. This personalized approach ensures open communication, a deep understanding of ailments, and effective collaboration for the best possible outcomes.

Drawing from a youth enriched in baseball as well as competitive tennis tournaments, Colin’s current pursuits include more leisurely games of beer league softball and exploring the beautiful woods through hiking or snowshoeing, always accompanied by his four-legged friends.
