Michaela Martin, BS, NASM-CPT

Michaela is a Vermont native who grew up as a multi-sport athlete. The majority of her youth was spent traveling and playing ice hockey year round which led her to play NCAA Division III ice hockey at Becker College in Worcester, MA. While at Becker College, Michaela earned a degree in health sciences with intentions to attend medical school after graduating in 2019. Michaela spent three years after graduating in various auxiliary medical roles, in addition to coaching youth girls ice hockey.
She ultimately decided to combine her passion for athletics and coaching and pursue continued education in sports and human performance. Michaela has been exposed to a variety of elite athletic training methods through her youth and collegiate hockey career and is excited to help others achieve their health and fitness goals.

Hobbies:
In her free time, Michaela enjoys traveling, watching hockey and football, and strength training. She also loves to continue learning about human optimization and performance.

Philosophy: 
The only way to achieve the impossible is to believe it is possible. If you want something you’ve never had, you must be willing to do something you’ve never done. The only true wisdom is knowing that you are your only limit.
