Noah Rouleau

Performance Coach

Noah received his bachelor’s degree in athletic training from Springfield College in 2021. During his time at Springfield College, Noah was a member of the Springfield Men’s Lacrosse team as a faceoff specialist. As a student athletic trainer, Noah worked with the college’s field hockey and football teams, Suffield Academy Preparatory School, Pope Francis Preparatory school and spent his last year working in the rehabilitation setting for Springfield College athletes recovering from catastrophic orthopedic injuries.

Upon graduation Noah began working as an assistant athletic trainer at Northern Vermont University-Johnson, where he also held a position as the head of strength and conditioning. As an athletic trainer, Noah worked primarily with the men and women’s soccer teams, women’s basketball team and softball team. As the university’s sole strength and conditioning coach Noah established programming and provided coaching to all 13 of the university’s athletic teams. Noah then moved onto Brandeis University in Boston, MA working as an assistant athletic trainer, providing primary coverage to the women’s soccer, men’s basketball, men’s/women’s swimming and diving, men’s/women’s track and field and women’s tennis team. Noah also works closely with the Sweden Men’s National Lacrosse team. Noah worked as the sole athletic trainer and assistant coach for the team during the 2024 world lacrosse games in San Diego, CA.

Personal

Noah is a native of Saint Albans, Vermont. Noah was a member of the Bellows Free Academy- Saint Albans Football, Ice Hockey and Lacrosse teams. During his tenure at BFA, Noah won back to back state championships with the men’s ice hockey team and was a participant in the Vermont/New Hampshire make-a-wish game. Additionally, Noah held the record in lacrosse faceoff win percentage in his junior and senior year and was a participant in the twin state lacrosse all star game. Noah enjoys playing hockey, lacrosse, golf, hiking and skiing in his free time.
