Jeff Schaeffer

Jeff has grown up loving sports and exercise which led him to his studies at Becker College in exercise science pre-physical therapy where he graduated in 2019. Jeff attained his NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist Certification & CPT through the National Council on Strength and Fitness.

Jeff, was a former NCAA Division 3 Ice Hockey and Lacrosse player at Becker College. He has been exposed to high end athletic training with a variety of methods through his youth, junior hockey and college careers. He now coaches Rice Memorial High School Varsity girls ice hockey.

Personal:

Jeff grew up in Pennsylvania around the Philadelphia area where he went to high school and then played junior hockey for three years with the Philadelphia Revolution & Jr. Flyers hockey clubs. In his youth years of hockey, he played for elite nationally ranked programs at the AAA level. While attending Becker College, he lived in Worcester, MA for four years. Post graduation Jeff has moved to Vermont and is happy to call it home. He lives in South Burlington with his fiance, two cats and enjoys spending time at the barn with his horse watching his fiance continue her passion for equestrian.
