Matt’s love for science and sport lead him to the field of Sports medicine/Exercise Science at Castleton State College. He had always been an athlete and he knew he wanted to stay involved with sports and fitness.
After Graduation he earned his CSCS through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Currently he trains at VASTA moulding “VASTA-letes” daily. He has a passion for staying active and strive to instil that passion in his clients.
