After graduation, she moved to North Carolina and worked in an outpatient sports and orthopedics practice, gaining valuable clinical experience prior to coming to VASTA. Sydney then furthered her education and clinical skills by completing a 1 year advanced residency program through Arcadia University to become a board certified specialist. Sydney’s interests are in sports and orthopedic rehabilitation, and she enjoys helping her patients maximize their performance and function throughout all stages of their rehab. She uses an individualized approach, combining manual therapy, strength and mobility, and education to facilitate the best possible outcome for each patient. She enjoys working with athletes and active patients of all ages, helping them to achieve their specific goals so they can get back to the activities they love.
