Brandon Ostrander, PT, DPT, CSCS
Brandon graduated from Western Carolina University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT). After graduating, he gained experience in an outpatient clinic with a focus on sports and orthopedic care in Wilmington, NC. He has completed training Clinical Bike Fitting, Redefining The Run Journey, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Trigger Point Dry Needling, UESCA Run Coach, USA Cycling & Triathlon Coach, and as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. He has focused on one-on-one care to create sustainable changes with his patients with an emphasis on education to keep everyone he works with maintaining their active lifestyle and improving longevity overall.
Prior to attending a DPT program, he earned a B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He was a member of various international, club, and college rugby teams over a 10 year span. Prior to attending college, he served 5 years in The United States Marine Corps.

Originally from Upstate NY, and most recently from NC, Brandon spends the majority of his time gravel biking, road biking, snowboarding, paddle boarding, trail running, or hiking and traveling with his wife and 2 dogs.
