Brittany Conlon, PT, DPT
Brittany graduated from Rutgers University in 2015 with a B.S. in Exercise Science. While studying at Rutgers, Brittany worked in the athletic department where she familiarized herself in assisting Division I athletes recover from injury, as well as spending time completing research in the University’s Human Performance Lab. Her time here soon sparked a deeper interest in working with athletes and diving into the mechanics of how the body works. This eventually propelled her into becoming a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, working in the industry for 2 years.
Following her time in the fitness industry, Brittany went on the get her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Baylor University. Brittany is familiar with VASTA as she spent time working with the team as a student, leading up to her graduation from Baylor.
Brittany is passionate about sports and orthopedic rehabilitation and helping people return to the activities they love. Her approach is largely focused on mobility, strength, and patient education to allow patients to be active members in their rehabilitation process. She is dedicated to furthering her knowledge and skills to better assist her patients and will be pursuing post-doctoral work with Arcadia University’s Orthopedic Residency program.
Personal: Brittany grew up participating in competitive horseback riding with her horse, Isaac. However, she now enjoys riding casually in her free time. When Brittany’s not horseback riding, she loves strength training at the gym, spending time with her dogs, and doing anything outdoors.
