A Message to our loyal VASTA clients & patients:
VASTA is open to serve our Physical Therapy Patients and to meet the fitness goals of our Training Clients.

Physical Therapy Patients can be seen in clinic or through our Telemedicine Portal.
Please call us directly at 802-399-2244 to discuss the best available option for your unique situation.

Personal Training has resumed in-person sessions…WE ARE OPEN. We will continue through our online-training platform. Additionally, in-home services may be available.   *See Tab below for details.

Personal use of the Fitness facility without a Coach/Trainer or Therapist is not available until further notice.

Additionally, Telemedicine visits are available immediately and most insurance carriers are paying for this service at little or no cost to you.

We are open and offering in-person sessions at VASTA 

We will continue to offer the following:

Online/Virtual Training –
We will train you using ZOOM. We’ll ask you to simply give us inventory of the equipment you have so that we can adjust your program to meet your exact needs.
We will also offer you the use or purchase of VASTA equipment if you desire. Things like (Bosus, bands, reebok steps, etc)

We have 2 pricing options available for you to continue your health and fitness pursuits. You can use existing sessions or buy new sessions.

NEW VIRTUAL PACKAGES – 10% off normal pricing
Group Training Classes – are not yet offered but we are planning on August 1st.

Our staff continues to act as responsible citizens and healthcare workers. Interaction with the public outside of work is being appropriately confined.

We have implemented large/sweeping restrictions to our physical location. The fitness facility is closed to personal use until further notice.

WE ARE OPEN!!!… On-site training has resumed; and Physical Therapy patients will be seen at a reduced volume to allow for ‘distancing’ that far exceeds the CDC guidelines.

Our waiting rooms are to remain empty.

We have increased our regular “DEEP” cleanings to include regular disinfecting of all areas of the facility in use. In addition, staff is regularly and routinely cleaning & disinfecting all equipment and surfaces during each and every session and between sessions.

All staff are routinely washing and sanitizing their hands.

We have FDA Approved Infrared (Forehead) Thermometers for checking temperature upon entry to VASTA.

All staff will wear masks. Per the VT Department of professional regulation, masks are required in the Physical Therapy space.

We are asking any and all patients/clients who are feeling ill in any way; and/or have good reason to believe they may have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 to call and speak with us regarding telehealth visits and/or online training services. Please do not come to the facility.

We are asking all patients and clients to bring a mask with them and to sanitize their hands upon entry to the facility.

We are asking all patients and clients to please attempt to avoid contact with their face, and to wash hands immediately if a rogue cough or sneeze sneaks out.

We are asking all patients and clients to adhere to CDC recommended distancing of 6 feet at a minimum – please keep yourself and others safe.

If you arrive early we ask that you wait in your car until your appointment time.
