Natasha Anand, PT, DPT

Natasha graduated from the University of Vermont with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) in January 2022.  Although she has a strong interest in psychology having completed her B.A. in Psychology, her passion for sports and an active lifestyle led her to pursue a career in Physical Therapy.  Natasha grew up playing soccer and basketball.  Her other athletic pursuits included hiking, rollerblading, skateboarding, snowboarding, swimming, and Muay Thai kickboxing.   Natasha is also extremely active in the local community, working closely with the Northeast Disabled Athletic Association (NDAA).

Natasha joined VASTA in early 2022.  She is currently working towards certification as an Orthopedic PT Specialist through a postdoctoral residency at Arcadia University.   Natasha also brings past experience as a personal trainer to the table while working with her rehabilitation patients.

Natasha likes working with goal-oriented patients looking to get back into activities they wholeheartedly enjoy doing.  Her professional philosophy is “It starts with a vision, the discipline to pursue it, and trust in the process.”

Personal:

Natasha’s current interests include going to the gym, boxing, hiking with her pup, Maxx, and spending as much time as she can outdoors.  She hopes to return to playing competitive soccer this summer, and she is very entuned to mindset, breathwork, and meditative practices.
