Kristina Buzeman, BS, CSCS, ACSM-HFS

Kristina attended Calvin College in Grand Rapids Michigan where she studied exercise science.  After graduation she coached a girls high school soccer team and worked at a YMCA as a personal trainer.   In April of 2012 Kristina moved to Vermont and started working at VASTA.  Since then she has been enjoying working with group classes and individuals to help them with their fitness.  Kristina believes fitness and nutrition is a lifestyle.  It is a constant learning process that times time, dedication, and patience.  She enjoys teaching people the benefits of a healthy lifestyle while helping them move better and feel great.

How did you got where you are today?

After graduating with a BS in exercise science Kristina became certified through the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health and Fitness Specialist. She spent a few years working at a YMCA personal training and teaching classes.  In 2012 an opportunity opened up for her to take a job at VASTA .  Since then she has become certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and have been enjoying helping others reach and develop their fitness goals.
