Hagen Harris, BS Exc, NASM CPT
Hagen graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelors in Exercise Science in May of 2021. During his time at UVM he was involved in the biomechanical analysis and training of ROTC cadets as the program transitioned to a new Army Combat Fitness Test. He also worked with the Unified Fitness Program as an instructor.
Prior to college Hagen lived in Richmond, Vermont. He grew up playing organized baseball, football and basketball and continued to play club baseball at UVM. He is an avid and lifelong snowboarder and was the program designer and creator for Cochrans Ski Area from 2016-2019. He taught riders of all ages but primarily beginners aged 4-15.
Hagen has been involved in athletics his whole life, but became interested with fitness and performance training as a teenager through his own experiences with injuries and the rehabilitation process. He realized that improving strength, flexibility, mobility were essential to being a well rounded athlete, and one that was able to remain injury free. He believes that exercise is an essential part of life for people of all ages and that the benefits it provides extend far beyond athletics.
