Galen Goodenough, BS Ex Sci, NASM CPT

Galen’s love of sports as well as his own injury rehabs highlighted the importance that a well rounded exercise plan has on athletic performance and injury prevention, leading him to get his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Vermont.

Through his education, internships, and volunteer partnerships, Galen has gained experience working with many different populations including, but not limited to, high school and college athletes, ROTC cadets, adults with MS, and young adults with intellectual disabilities.

Personal

Born in Maine, Galen and his family moved to small town Vermont where he would attend Randolph Union Highschool. During his senior year at the University Of Vermont he would start working at VASTA while finishing up his degree before eventually be offered a full time position to stay on after graduation.
