BIO: After beginning college at SUNY Plattsburgh, Ed shortly joined the United States Army Reserves in 2014 to pursue his aspirations of becoming a soldier. After holding squad leader positions during training and maintaining physical fitness excellence through basic training (BCT), advanced individualized training (AIT), and present day, Ed finished his undergrad work in Exercise Science. “Attending martial arts and playing rugby since I was fifteen was big for me, it challenged me mentally and physically. Those sports had a direct impact in developing me to who I am today”. Serving part-time in the United States Army, Ed devotes his full attention to optimizing physical performance through sports training and conditioning, landing him home at VASTA.
Do not let your past dictate your future. Who you were is essential for who you will become. And remember, the only one who says you cannot do something, is yourself.
