Audrey graduated from the University of Vermont in 2015 with degrees in Mathematics and Mandarin Chinese, however her true passion lies with the sports of gymnastics. She began taking gymnastics lessons as a toddler, started competing by the age of 6, and remained a competitive gymnast throughout high school and college. She also coached gymnastics for 11 years, and recently passed the judging exams which allows her to stay involved in the sport as a certified judge.
During her time in gymnastics, Audrey’s interest in exercise science grew immensely and she was able to attend various national lectures and symposiums on topics like sports related injuries and training methods. She spent quite a bit of time on her own researching and self educating, but she is currently trying to take a few prerequisite classes in hopes of attending PT school in the future.
Outside of work, Audrey enjoys reading, rocking climbing, practicing Tai ji quan, and spending time outdoors with her dog.
